We hope you love what you've ordered, just in case you're not satisfied with them, you can return your order for a refund within 30 days of your purchase date. Items must not be used, altered or damaged, and it must include the original packaging.

Please contact us before you decide to return an item. Return without authorization may not be accepted.

I LIKE WHAT I HAVE ORDERED BUT WANT TO MAKE AN EXCHANGE. WHAT SHOULD I DO?
Exchanges must be made within 15 days from the date of initial delivery. Upon receiving your request, our service team will guide and assist you in proceeding your exchange.

HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE TO RECEIVE MY REFUND?
Credits may take up to 5-7 business days to post to your account once your item has been received. We'll notify you via email when your return has been processed.
